Per 2 portions:
200g skyr
1 egg
1 tbsp almond flour
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cooking olive oil
Directions
Mix skyr, egg, flour, almond flour, and sugar
Grease a pancake pan with olive oil and heat up on medium heat
Use a tablespoon to put mixture on a pan (you would get around 8 fritters)
